Delivery Time = delivery timings are to be considered from the the moment the carrier picks up the packages, it is therefore necessary to add another 2 days required for order management (preparation of documents, packaging etc ...)
Shipping notes = shipping costs are VAT and customs excluded (customs clearance), if required. Any customs charges in the countries outside the EU (eg USA , Canada , Switzerland ) are charged to the customer which will be informed by the competent authorities before the reception of the goods.
